The Adado Cooperative is located within the coffee region of Yirgacheffe in the Gedeo Zone in Ethiopia. At over 5740 feet above sea level this coffee is grown in ideal conditions and offer a great representation of the areas potential.

The coffee has a heavy body, above average sweetness and tasting notes of plum and strawberry.
