Ethiopian Sidamo Natural Guji
A dry processed coffee, where the fruit dries around the beans, originating in the south-central mountains south of Addis Abada. Hands down our best natural Ethiopian this year. It displayed the highly sought berry notes that can come from this region and process. The Grade 3 distinction means the coffee was triple hand sorted and more defects were removed resulting in a better cup than the traditional Grade 4.
The cup is rich with black licorice, maple syrup and strawberry.
