Brazil Danielle Red Catuai & Mundo Novo Anaerobic

This coffee comes to us from the Sul de Minas Region of Brazil, known for ideal coffee growing conditions including, high altitudes, fertile soil, and abundant rainfall. The farm is managed by Danielle Fonseca, a third generation coffee farmer. Danielle has been involved with the management of the farm since 2016, implementing sustainable farming practices and post harvest quality controls. Her tireless efforts help to present the best possible coffees from Fazenda da Serra.

This Brazilian coffee is Natural Anaerobic Processed and Terrace Dried presenting tasting notes of Honey, Hard Molasses, Hazelnut, Milk Chocolate, Vanilla, Various Fruit and Citrus.
