BURUNDI TWARANYUZWE NATURAL
The cooperative Twaranyuzwe was created in 2013 by smallholder coffee farmers in Kavumu, Burundi.
Over 900 producers, 490 of which are coop members from Twaranyuzwe contributed to this lot. Every lot is pre-dried and meticulously sorted before being moved to drying beds in the sun for 10-15 days.
This coffee boasts a bright acidity, full body and high sweetness. Cupping notes include kiwi, pear and red wine.
