Yirgacheffe's washed coffees have long been known for their light, tea-like aroma and bright citrus notes. Recently, producers in the Gedio Region have been experimenting and working with the traditional Natural Processing method. This offers complex and completely different flavour profiles to the coffee. Misty Valley is an exceptional example of the flavour profiles that can be created with a Natural Process.
